Vanguard Timetable

 

  • CrossFit - The CrossFit Vanguard program aims to cover the 10 foundations of Fitness. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy designed to be inclusive for any level
  • Bootcamp - High Intensity training that will improve your Fitness. Movement and Technique development to improve Strength, Mobility and Body Composition
  • Personal Training (PT) - Times available for regular sessions, 6 week blocks or single sessions for technical improvements. Available within the Grey blocked out times and by Request.
  • Vanguard Kids - Developing confidence and body awareness in a playful and safe atmosphere. Our aim is to build movement as a lifelong habit in our younger generation
  • Vanguard Seniors - Building and keeping Strength into our twilight years is a must. This class will take each individual at their own level and pace to help maintain and build functionality as well as challenging the mind.
  • Vanguard Teens - Building Strong Athletic Bodies and Minds. Focused on Sports Development Strength & Conditioning
